If a program is canceled in full, you will receive a refund or credit. If individual sessions are missed or skipped by you, no refund will be issued unless stated in the individual program terms.

6. Availability & Commitment

You are responsible for attending scheduled 1:1 or group sessions within the agreed-upon time frame. Unused sessions may expire if not used within the designated program period unless otherwise communicated. Your commitment to showing up and engaging fully is essential to the transformational process.

All content provided by Dalton Rios LLC—including videos, audios, workbooks, frameworks, and written materials—is proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not copy, share, or distribute these materials without written permission.

8. Confidentiality & Community Standards

We uphold confidentiality in all private sessions and group settings. You agree to respect the privacy of others participating in any of our programs. Any form of harassment, harmful behavior, or violation of group agreements may result in immediate removal without refund.

9. Notifications
